Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: 26 September 2026
All refunds for jobs and bookings are made as ComputeMint Credits, which go back to your balance straight away.
Standard queue
- When you confirm a job, the price of the run time you chose is set aside. When it ends you're charged only for the minutes it actually ran (per started minute, minimum 15 minutes), and the rest is returned to your balance automatically.
- Cancel before the job starts and nothing is charged.
Reserved slots
- A reserved slot is charged for the full booked time, because the GPU is held for you. Finishing early doesn't reduce the charge.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the slot starts for a full refund in credits. Later cancellations get 50% back in credits.
When you aren't charged
- Your job fails because of a problem on our side (for example the machine lost connection).
- We reject your inputs before the job runs.
- We couldn't provide your reserved slot, or we cancelled your booking.
- We stopped your job because the machine was needed for something else.
When you are charged for the time used
- Your job fails because of an error in your own program, uses more resources than allowed, or reaches its maximum run time.
- Your job is stopped for breaking the acceptable use policy.
Cash refunds
ComputeMint Credits aren't refundable in cash, can't be withdrawn, and can't be transferred. Credits don't expire, so you can use any unused credits later.
If you were charged by mistake, email swapnilgupta.rvce@gmail.com with your account email and the job number. We review every request and correct genuine errors with a credit adjustment.
